Proudly we announce that the new version of SimplifyScan has been launched! With this new update it will be even easier to experience the simplicity of scanning on a Sharp multifunction device.

This update of SimplifyScan offers you multiple rows of easy to use hot buttons that make it easier to select workflows, but also offers you the possibility to easily extract data from documents with the use of Zone OCR. Or use the browse & print functionality with which you can browse for any print ready file and print it instantly, without the need of using a PC. Also the user name will be shown on the display of the MFP after user authentication, giving a truly personal scan experience. Authentication is now even possible via external authentication applications, such as Equitrac and PCounter.
All amazing new features are included in the basic configuration of this new update, giving everyone the ability to benefit from these new functionalities!
